The twin room was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. I appreciated the staff's helpful suggestions, especially since breakfast was not available during the winter weekdays. However, the check-in process was complicated due to lack of staff presence and the need for cellular data to access the door code, which was a bit inconvenient.

The twin room impressed with spaciousness and modern decor. Highlights included the comfortable beds, a large hot shower, and a coffee machine and fridge in the room, which added convenience. Location is unbeatable, just steps from the cathedral and surrounded by dining options. Natalia at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable, making check-in smooth. However, the glass bathroom doors lacked privacy, which could be awkward in certain situations. I also found the check-in process a bit confusing due to the lack of staff presence at times.

What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and had a dreamy big tub with views of the plaza and Cathedral. The location is unbeatable, right next to the square. Plus, the blackout blinds were perfect for catching up on sleep after my trip. Will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel in a desirable location.
I faced a frustrating check-in process with no staff presence, making it complicated to access my room. The noise from guests above was unbearable, disrupting my sleep and comfort. Lack of in-room coffee maker was disappointing, especially after a restless night.

Solo traveler delight
The place is incredible, right off the steps of the Plaza. You can arrive directly from your Camino and step right into the hotel, don't get me started on the breakfast, served in a lovely courtyard with fresh coffee and pastries that hit the spot.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still totally worth it.

Charming Hotel with a Perfect Location!
Our stay was delightful! The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made us feel very welcome. We loved being just steps away from the Cathedral, and the courtyard breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh pastries. For a quieter night, remember to request a top-floor room.
